Sales Tax Information:
As an active registered dealer with the Department
(any state), you are provided with an Annual Resale Certificate to make tax-exempt purchases for resale. You
are required to submit a signed "copy" of your Annual Resale Certificate to a seller when making purchases
that you intend to resell.
Any dealer without a Sales Tax Exemption Certificate in "our file" will have to pay sales
tax until this Certificate is presented.
